  • 4 eggs
  • 1 half packet of baking powder
  • Ganache
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) of dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon of Nutella
  • 1 tablespoon of crème fraîche
  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
  • 0.4 oz (10 g) of butter
  • 2.8 oz (80 g) of hazelnuts
  • 2.8 oz (80 g) of chocolate shavings
