Ingredients
- 200 g (7 oz) of dark chocolate (containing at least 70% cocoa)
- 120 g (4.25 oz) of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 130 g (4.5 oz) of softened butter
- 50 g (1.75 oz) of flour
- 50 g (1.75 oz) of almond powder
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 120 g (4.25 oz) pine nuts.
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F) (gas mark 6)
2/ Melt 200g (7 oz) of dark chocolate (containing 70% cocoa) in a double boiler
3/ Mix:
120g (4.25 oz) of sugar
3 eggs
130g (4.5 oz) of softened butter
50g (1.75 oz) of flour
50g (1.75 oz) of almond powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Finish by incorporating
120g (4.25 oz) pine nuts.
And add the melted chocolate to this mixture
Generally a brownie is rather square, so butter a mold that is close to this shape, pour in the batter and bake for precisely 23 minutes.
