Ingredients
- 220 g (7.75 oz) of chocolate
- 75 g (2.6 oz) of butter
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g (3.5 oz) of sugar
- 160 g (5.75 oz) of flour
- 1 egg
1 Gently melt the butter and 120 g (4.25 oz) of chocolate in the microwave
2/ In a bowl, mix the baking powder and flour
3/ Once the butter/chocolate mixture is well creamed, add the egg and sugar
4/ Pour in the dry mixture and knead well
5/ Add 70 g (2.5 oz) of chocolate cut into pieces
6/ Knead with clean hands to get a more homogeneous dough
7/ Form balls and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper
8/ Sprinkle the remaining chocolate on top of the cookies and bake at 180°(th6) for a maximum of 10 minutes
