Step-by-step directions
1 Place the lamb chops in a salad bowl.
2 Drizzle them with olive oil and add the onion cut into quarters, the garlic cloves cut in half, salt, pepper and sprinkle with ras el hanout and fresh thyme.
3 Let everything marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator
4 Meanwhile, wash and cut the zucchini lengthwise to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.
5 Wash the cherry tomatoes.
6 Cook everything on the griddle at the same time while monitoring the cooking.
7 Remove as soon as the cooking suits you.
