Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1 to 1.5 kilos of couscous (medium grains)
- 500 g of lamb neck
- 4 to 6 chicken thighs
- 250 g of turnips
- 250 g of carrots
- 2 artichokes (cut off the top of the leaves, remove the choke, cut them into slices)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 1 or 2 ripe tomatoes cut into cubes
- 2 zucchini
- 250 g of canned chickpeas
- 250 g of canned small peas
- 250 g of frozen fava beans
- 200 g of canned green beans
