  • 1.25 cups (30 cl) of liquid cream with at least 30% fat content
  • 1.75 oz (50 g) of powdered sugar
  • 12 beautiful pitted Armagnac prunes (see end of recipe)
  • 6 sugar cubes
  • 0.8 cup (20 cl) of prune juice
