Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1.2 kg of Reinette apples
- 100 g of dried sweetened cranberries
- 50 g of brown sugar
- for the crumble
- 125 g of ground almonds
- 125 g of buckwheat flour
- 75 g of brown sugar
- 75 g of chestnut flakes
- 10 cl of walnut oil
1 Peel and core the apples. Cut them into quarters, then slice them thickly. Place the slices in an oven-safe dish and mix them with the cranberries and 50 g of brown sugar.
2/ In a bowl, put the ground almonds, buckwheat flour, and brown sugar. Add the walnut oil and mix everything together with a fork. 3/ Add the chestnut flakes and gently mix everything between your fingers to avoid breaking the flakes too much.
4/ Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes at 190°. Remove the aluminum foil and continue cooking for 10 minutes, until the crumble is well golden.
even for those who don't avoid gluten or dairy products, it's a delight.
