Recipe: Tomato-Goat Cheese Crumble
Step-by-step directions
1 wash and blanch the tomatoes. remove the seeds then cut into small cubes and sauté them in a spoonful of olive oil then
add the chopped basil, fine salt and freshly ground pepper.
simmer for approximately 15 min.
2 cut the goat cheese log into slices about 1 cm thick
3 preparation of the crumble mixture:
in a salad bowl, mix the flour and parmesan make a small well then add the butter cut into cubes. knead everything together.
set aside.
4 in individual ramekins, put the tomato mixture.
cover with goat cheese slices.
then cover with the crumble mixture.
5 bake for 15-20 min in the oven at 355°F (180°C) (gas mark 6).
the crumbles are cooked when the top is golden.
