Ingredients for 6 servings
- 6 large potatoes.
- 50 cl (2.1 cups) of thick sour cream
- 6 eggs salt pepper
1 Cook the potatoes in salted water for 30 minutes.
2/ Hollow out the potatoes, salt and pepper the inside.
3/ In each one add the mixture of potato pulp, egg and sour cream. Bake at temperature 8 for 10 minutes.
