Today I'm presenting you with a dish from the Aveyron countryside that I mentioned: the famous Farçous! Sure, I've tweaked them a bit to make them even more indulgent than they already are, but before you « protest », try them and tell me as honestly as possible what you think (smiles). This humble dish from Aveyron used to be called Farson, which means in Occitan small Fars, small galettes.
