  • Strawberries
  • 800 g (28 oz) of tasty strawberries of medium size
  • 20 cl (0.8 cup) of strawberry syrup of good quality mixed with 4 cl (1.4 fl oz) of Kirsch (not mandatory)
  • Proposed decorations or almond paste or powdered sugar
