Recipe: Chocolate and Ferrero Rocher Cakes

Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C).

1 In a double boiler, melt the chocolate. Remove from heat, add the butter and mix until completely melted. Set aside.

2 In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and sugar until the mixture becomes fluffy. Add the milk and mix. Combine this mixture with the chocolate and butter mixture and stir carefully.

3 Mix the flour, baking powder, and cocoa. Sift everything together and gradually add it to the liquid mixture until you have a smooth, homogeneous batter.

4 Divide the batter into individual silicone molds (brioche molds work well). Place a Ferrero Rocher in the center of each mold, push it to the bottom, and bake for 25 minutes. Remove from molds and let cool on a wire rack.
