People often ask us what chefs really love. Here is one of my favorites: a good biscuit spread with horseradish and thinly sliced radishes from my garden with a few grains of sea salt. When you bite into it, I personally love it!

Ingredients for 4 servings

8 good biscuits
3.5 oz (100 g) of organic horseradish cream
16 pink radishes from the garden, trimmed, rinsed and sliced into slightly thick rounds
Sea salt (Île de Ré)
Step-by-step recipe
1 Spread your biscuits with your horseradish.
2 Arrange your radish slices on each one.
3 Then sprinkle a few grains of sea salt on each one.
There you go, now close your eyes and crunch!

Serve with a good dry Sancerre or a chilled Aligoté from Chitry, in moderation.
