Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1 rabbit of 1.5 kg
- 1 liter of mussels
- 60 gr of rice per person
- 1/2 tsp approximately of saffron or turmeric (for coloring)
- 2 or 3 onions
- 1 bouquet garni (thyme, bay leaf)
- 1 tbsp of flour or "cornstarch"
- 4 to 5 dl of water or 1 dl water and 4 dl dry white wine
- 1 tbsp or 2 of olive oil preferably or sunflower
- salt, pepper
