Ingredients for 4 servings
- 300 g (10.5 oz) small new potatoes, just wiped clean
- 4 liters (4.25 qt) seawater or salted water
- 2 bay leaves and one branch of lemon thyme
- 10 g (0.4 oz) nori flakes (or organic seaweed powder)
- a few peppercorns
- 100 g (3.5 oz) salted farmhouse butter
- a few grains of fleur de sel placed in a small bowl at the center of the table
