Ingredients for 4 servings
- 10.5 oz (300 g) small new potatoes, just wiped clean
- 4.25 qt (4 liters) seawater or salted water
- 2 bay leaves and one branch of lemon thyme
- 0.4 oz (10 g) nori flakes (or organic seaweed powder)
- a few peppercorns
- 3.5 oz (100 g) salted farmhouse butter
- a few grains of fleur de sel placed in a small bowl at the center of the table
