Ingredients
- 150 g of butter
- 3 eggs
- 120 g of sugar
- 150 g of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 4 squares of dessert chocolate
- for approximately 18 mini cakes
to start, preheat the oven to 170°
Mix the egg yolks and sugar, then add in order the melted butter, flour and finally the baking powder.
whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and fold in gently.
Finally roughly mix in the melted chocolate.
Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
Test at the end of cooking with a knife.
