1 Start by preheating your oven to 340°F (170°C).
2 Mix the egg yolks and sugar, then add in order the melted butter, flour and finally the baking powder.
3 Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them in.
4 Finally, roughly mix in the melted chocolate.
5 Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
6 Test at the end of cooking with a knife.
Of course, not quite true cakes, but this recipe should still take you down the path of indulgence.
