Step-by-step directions
1 Melt 4.5 oz (130 gr) of chocolate + 2.5 oz (70 gr) of butter.
2 Add 2.1 oz (60 gr) of sugar.
3 Incorporate 3 eggs.
4 Add 1.25 oz (35 gr) of flour.
5 Refrigerate for 1 hour.
-6 Divide into individual molds.
-7 Add 1 teaspoon of speculoos paste in each mold.
-8 Bake for 5 to 6 minutes at 390°F (200°C).
