Ingredients for 8 servings
- 130 gr (4.5 oz) of chocolate
- 70 gr (2.5 oz) of semi-salted butter
- 60 gr (2.1 oz) of sugar, 3 eggs
- 35 gr (1.25 oz) of flour
- 4 teaspoons of speculoos paste
1 Melt 130 gr (4.5 oz) of chocolate + 70 gr (2.5 oz) of butter.
2 Add 60 gr (2.1 oz) of sugar.
3 Incorporate 3 eggs.
4 Add 35 gr (1.25 oz) of flour.
5 Refrigerate for 1 hour.
-6 Divide into individual molds.
-7 Add 1 teaspoon of speculoos paste in each mold.
-8 Bake for 5 to 6 minutes at 200°C (390°F).
