Ingredients for 12 servings
- 1 bar of dark chocolate Dessert
- 1/2 can of condensed milk
- 3 tbsp of chopped hazelnuts
- 100 g of butter
- 2 tsp of instant coffee
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 can of condensed milk
- 500 g of canned pineapple
- 2 eggs
1 Pass the pineapple through a food mill or mixer to obtain a puree.
2/ Add the milk and egg yolks, mix well then add the egg whites beaten until stiff and fold in gently.
Fill the glasses and refrigerate.
3/ Melt the chocolate with the butter.
Off the heat add the egg yolks, the milk, and the instant coffee dissolved in 1 tsp of water.
4/ Beat and add the egg whites until stiff.
Remove the glasses from the fridge, fill them with chocolate mousse and refrigerate again.
decorate and serve very cold!!
