Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango
- 4 kiwis
- 1 sprig of cilantro
- Fresh ginger
- 80 cl (3.4 cups) of water
- 60 g (2.1 oz) of sugar
Peel and grate a small piece of ginger
Make a syrup with the water, sugar and ginger
Peel the mango and kiwis
Cut them into small dice
Add them to the syrup and let cool
Chill for 1 to 2 hours
Serve the broth in small glasses, decorated with a cilantro leaf
