Step-by-step directions
Peel and grate a small piece of ginger
Make a syrup with the water, sugar and ginger
Peel the mango and kiwis
Cut them into small dice
Add them to the syrup and let cool
Chill for 1 to 2 hours
Serve the broth in small glasses, decorated with a cilantro leaf

Classic broth recipe. Personally I prefer it with some finely sliced mint leaves instead of cilantro which has too strong a flavor for this recipe.
