1 Cut the leek whites into rounds and wash them.
2 In a saucepan, heat olive oil, add the leek and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
3 Add the crème fraîche and cook for another 2 minutes.
And there you have it, it's ready.

A simple recipe to which I will add my own touch: sweat your leek rounds covered for 5 minutes with a little olive oil, salt and pepper, then add a pinch of nutmeg, moisten with cream to the right level, let it cook, then remove your leeks and place them on a dish, and in the cream add an egg yolk and a little parmesan, put back on the leeks and pass under the grill of your oven for 2 minutes. A lot of words for a recipe that is all in all very quick to make.
