Recipe: Apples with Honey Walnuts and Goat Cheese
Step-by-step directions
1 Cut and core the apples, do not peel them. Pass your walnut pieces through a food processor, chop them roughly.
2 In a pan melt the butter, brown the apple quarters on both sides. Season with freshly ground pepper, then add your tablespoon of honey.
3 Distribute the well-browned apples in 4 oven-safe plates.
4 On top of the apples place your goat cheese round by cutting 2 slices and sprinkle with walnuts.
5 Put under the oven broiler for 2 minutes.
It's ready, to the table!
