- glazed green apple quarters for 6 to 8 people:
- 1 kg of green apples (granny smith) peeled, cored and cut into 8 quarters per apple.
- 2 star anise (badiane)
- 1/2 juice of lemon
- 30 cl of orange juice
- 90 g of raisins
- 1/2 bottle of jurançon (35 cl)
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
