  • glazed green apple quarters for 6 to 8 people:
  • 2.2 lb (1 kg) of green apples (granny smith) peeled, cored and cut into 8 quarters per apple.
  • 2 star anise (badiane)
  • 1/2 juice of lemon
  • 1.25 cups (30 cl) of orange juice
  • 3.2 oz (90 g) of raisins
  • 1/2 bottle of jurançon (1.5 cups (35 cl))
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
