Step-by-step directions
1 Peel the garlic cloves.
2 Wash and strip the herbs.
3 Blend the herbs with the brousse, garlic and eggs. Salt and pepper.
4 Preheat the oven to 180° (th.6).
5 Unroll the pastry, spread it over the tart pan and prick the bottom.
6 Spread the brousse preparation over the tart base and bake for 30 minutes.
7 Enjoy it warm or cold accompanied by a few slices of ham.

Nice recipe, don't forget however to remove the germ from the garlic before using it, and to explain to our visitors what brousse is.
