This pizza dough recipe requires a bread machine. Follow it carefully and then you'll have countless homemade pizzas! Your bread machine does the heavy lifting: mixing, kneading, and first rise in one go. After 90 minutes you get a smooth dough ball, split it into four, proof for another 50 minutes, then into a 280°C oven. Bake 5 to 10 minutes depending on your toppings.
Ingredients for 2 servings
For 4 pizzas for 2 people:
- 19.5 oz (550 g) of type 55 flour
- 0.2 oz (5 g) of baker's yeast diluted with 1.1 cups (25 cl) of lukewarm water
- 1.7 fl oz (5 cl) of olive oil
- 0.4 oz (10 g) of fine salt
- a pinch of thyme flowers and a pinch of oregano
