Ingredients for 4 servings

- 250 g of fine butter at room temperature
- 250 g of caster sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- a pinch of fine salt
- 500 g of flour sifted with half a packet of baking powder

1 Very quickly, make a cream with a whisk using your room temperature butter and sugar.
2 Then add your 2 eggs, mixing until they are well incorporated.
3 Also incorporate the flour just by mixing it without overworking it.
There you go, cover it with plastic wrap and put it in the fridge, your dough is done.
You might ask me what's the point of the salt?
just to enhance the taste of this dough
and what about the baking powder?
it allows it to crack less when cutting.
