Ingredients for 6 servings
- 500 g of tomatoes
- 5 basil leaves, chopped
- 2 sprigs of chervil, chopped
- 3 tablespoons of liquid sweetener (such as hermesetas)
- 2 small spring onions, chopped
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt, freshly ground pepper
1 Wash, blanch, and deseed the tomatoes.
2 Blend the flesh then incorporate the basil, chopped chervil, onions, sweetener and lemon juice. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
3 Put in your ice cream maker and freeze.
4 Place in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
5 Serve with, for example, thin slices of cucumber.
