Ingredients
- 200 g (7 oz) dark chocolate
- 50 + 10 cl (0.4 cup) milk
- 60 g (2.1 oz) sugar
- Cinnamon
- Curry
- 6 star anise
Pour 50 cl (2.1 cups) of milk into a saucepan with the sugar
Bring to a boil
Pour over the chocolate cut into pieces, mix well
When the chocolate is melted, add the remaining cold milk
Set aside to cool
Gently reheat the milk in a double boiler
Then pour the soup into cups and decorate with a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of curry and a star anise
