1 Spread sour cream on the sliced bread.
2 Place bacon bits or ham on top and cover with cheese.
3 Grill on the barbecue.
You can make flambéed open-faced sandwiches by also adding onions or mushrooms.
You can also make spinach-sour cream or tomato-sour cream open-faced sandwiches that you can enjoy cold. On the barbecue, the cream will become melted and the taste will be even more enjoyable.
