Ingredients
- 2 cans of tuna
- 3 onions, sliced
- 6 large peeled tomatoes
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 3 cl of cognac
- 1/2 glass of white wine
- 10 cl can of liquid cream
- rice
- salt
- pepper
1 Blanch the onions cut into medium pieces
2/ In a saucepan bring water to boil, plunge the tomatoes and refresh to remove the skin
3/ Add these cut into 4 or 6 pieces to the onions
4/ Add the tomato paste
5/ Pour the white wine
6/ Pour the cognac and flame
Add the crumbled tuna
Salt and pepper to taste
Add the liquid cream
Cook the rice separately
Present the sauce in the middle of the plate and the rice around it
it's a real treat!!!!!
