Faster than a terrine, less fatty than a pâté: these little tuna bites are prepared in 15 minutes, cook for 20 minutes, and are enjoyed cold as an appetizer. Drained tuna, Gruyère cheese, one or two eggs to bind it all together, and into the silicone mold it goes. For about 20 little tuna bites:
Ingredients for 6 servings
- 6.25 oz (180 g) drained tuna
- 1.75 oz (50 g) tomato paste
- 2.1 oz (60 g) thick crème fraîche
- 3.2 oz (90 g) grated Gruyère cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1.1 oz (30 g) chopped onions
- salt, pepper, parsley
