Ingredients for 3 servings
- 2 medium slices of pumpkin
- 4 to 5 tbsp of shredded coconut
- 4 tbsp of thick crème fraîche
- 1 egg
- 50 g (1.75 oz) of grated gruyere
- salt and pepper
1 Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds, cut it into pieces.
2 Cook it in a little water in the microwave for 4 minutes then drain it.
3 In a mixing bowl, put the pumpkin pieces, blend them and add 1 egg, beat everything then incorporate the crème fraîche, grated gruyere, shredded coconut, salt, pepper, mix everything well.
4 Put in ramekins previously oiled and place in a preheated oven at 180°c (355°F) for 30 minutes.
5 Serve hot or cold
