Ingredients for 6 servings
- 6 Greek yogurts
- 3 cucumbers
- 3 garlic cloves
- 10 cl (0.4 cup) olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- parsley
- 200 g (7 oz) chicken or diced chicken
1 Peel and grate the cucumbers.
2 Salt the cucumbers and let them drain.
3 Mix the yogurts with pressed garlic, olive oil and parsley.
4 Add to the drained cucumbers. Adjust the seasoning.
5 Cut the chicken into cubes. Fill the glasses by lining the bottom with chicken and cover with tzatziki.
