  • Chicken strips with garlic and herbs sauce:
  • 150 to 250 g of chicken strips per person
  • 1 Boursin garlic and herbs AND/OR 1 tomato and herbs depending on the sauce desired
  • red, yellow, green bell peppers
  • 10 cl of white wine
  • 10 cl of poultry broth made with half water half milk
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 head of garlic
  • parsley for garnish
