Ingredients
- 2 cups extra fine semolina
- 1 cup fluid flour t45
- 4 cups warm water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
In the bowl of a food processor pour 3 cups of warm water, add 2 cups of semolina on top, pour the flour and baking powder packet on top.
In the last cup of remaining water put the fresh yeast and the teaspoon of sugar, mix and pour into the food processor.
Mix the preparation for 4 minutes until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous batter.
Put in a bowl. Cover and let rest 20 to 25 minutes.
Heat your pan. Oil the bottom of the pan with a small piece of paper and pour a small ladle of batter into the hot pan.
Cook the crepe on only one side, until it is dry and forms its holes.
Place the crepes one after another on a kitchen towel, spacing them out...
Serve with a mixture of honey and butter, Nutella etc....
