Ingredients
- a package of phyllo dough
- a bag of 200 gr grated mimolette
- two eggs
- two plain yogurts
- 2 tablespoons of oil
In a bowl, mix together part of the cheese (150g), the eggs and the yogurts. In a square or rectangular baking dish, pour one to two tablespoons of oil and spread it well over the bottom.
Take a phyllo sheet and spread a tablespoon of the mixture on it. Fold the sides two by two to form (depending on your dish) a rectangle or square. Do the same for all the sheets. There should be some mixture left to spread over the entire last layer of phyllo. Also spread the remaining mimolette (50 gr). Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 25 to 30 minutes depending on your oven. When it comes out of the oven, I used a pastry ring to cut out rounds. My daughter loved it.
you can see the photo with the rounds on my blog
