1- Thinly slice the onions. Let them brown in olive oil over low heat. When they are transparent, add the mushrooms cut into slices and drizzle with orange juice.
2- Then add the apple cut into cubes, the seasonings, salt and pepper. Mix and let cook covered over medium heat.
3- When the apples are cooked, add the bean sprouts and let cook, making sure they remain slightly crispy.
4- Meanwhile, cook the chicken breasts in a pan, lightly sprinkled with curry.
Serve on hot plates, with rice, drizzled with soy sauce and the chicken breasts on the side.
