Ingredients for 4 servings
- 12 mini Blinis
- 200 g fresh porcini mushrooms
- 30 g candied tomatoes
- 10 g chopped flat parsley
- 1 clove garlic (pink if possible)
- olive oil
- 100 g tomato coulis
1- Sauté your finely sliced porcini mushrooms, then add the candied tomatoes cut into small dice, then the garlic degerminated and chopped and finally the flat parsley. Salt and pepper.
For serving, arrange your blinis on a baking sheet, put a teaspoon of your mixture on each one and bake for 3 minutes in a hot oven.
Serve on nice small plates with the well seasoned tomato coulis around it.
nb: I'm making you work easily so that you buy the blinis already ready as well as the candied tomatoes and the coulis.
