Ingredients
- 300 ml of milk
- 500 g of flour (white)
- 1 packet of baker's yeast
- 1 tsp of fine salt
- 50 g of sugar
- 50 g of butter
- 50 g of sesame seeds
put the ingredients (in the order indicated) in the bread machine and start the dough program.
once the program is finished, remove the dough and deflate it.
divide the dough into 7 portions and form balls.
place them in a crown-shaped mold, let rise for 30 minutes.
preheat the oven to 220°
at the end of the rising time, brush a little milk on top of the brioche to make it golden
bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
remove from the mold when it comes out of the oven and place on a rack to cool.
