Ingredients for 6 servings
- 300 g dark chocolate for dessert
- 150 g sugar
- 150 g flour
- 4 eggs
- 100 g butter
- 2 tablespoons water
1- Preheat oven to 180°C
2- In a saucepan, melt 300g of chocolate with 100g of butter and 2 tablespoons of water
3- In a mixing bowl, mix 150g of sugar and 150g of flour, add 4 eggs and mix with a whisk
4- Add the melted chocolate to this mixture, mix and add a little water so that the mixture is nice and creamy
5- Pour into an ovenproof mold and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180°C
Enjoy while still warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
