Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1 plain yogurt
- 1 yogurt pot of oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 yogurt pots of sugar
- 5 yogurt pots of flour
- 1 and a half packets of baking powder
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- the zest of an untreated lemon blanched
- the juice of a lemon
1- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2- In the mixing bowl combine the yogurt with the 2 measures of sugar.
3- Incorporate the eggs and flour as follows: 2 pots of flour - 1 egg - 2 pots of flour - 1 egg - 1 pot of flour - 1 egg.
4- Remove the zest of an untreated lemon as well as its juice.
5- Add to the mixture the oil, baking powder, lemon zest and vanilla sugar and lemon juice.
6- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan.
7- Bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
