Ingredients for 8 servings
- 210 g of butter,
- 6 eggs,
- 250 g of caster sugar,
- 250 g of flour,
- 2 g of salt,
- 6 g of baking powder,
- 35 g of vanilla extract,
- 25 g of cocoa.
1 - melt the butter,
2 - in the mixer bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar,
3 - add the flour => work,
4 - add the butter => work,
5 - add the salt => work,
6 - add the baking powder => work,
7 - divide the obtained dough into 2 equal parts,
8 - distribute each in a bowl and add vanilla to one and sifted cocoa to the other,
9 - mix each dough well separately,
10 - in the loaf pan, pour both doughs at the same time without mixing them to obtain a nice marbled effect,
11 - bake at 180°c for approximately 40 minutes,
12 - let cool for a few minutes then unmold,
13 - enjoy while still warm.
