Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 duck breast
- 6 fresh figs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp butter
1- In a hot pan, place the duck breast skin side down and cook for 10 minutes.
2- After 10 minutes of cooking the duck breast, flip it and cook for 5 minutes on the meat side.
3- Remove the duck breast from the pan, salt and pepper it, and place between 2 plates.
4- Meanwhile, cook the figs in butter, add the honey and vinegar, mix well and let reduce for 2 minutes.
5- Slice your duck breast into strips and serve with rice and the sauce!
