Ingredients for 25 servings
- 100 g soft butter
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 225 g flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 1/2 packet baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g almond powder
- 180 g chocolate chips
1/ So I mixed 100g of soft butter with 100g of sugar and 110g of brown sugar.
2/ I added 225g of flour, 1/2 packet of baking powder, 1 pinch of salt, 2 packets of vanilla sugar and 2 eggs then I mixed.
3/ I added 100g of almond powder and 180g of chocolate chips and I combined everything.
4/ I made small mounds and put them in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes. I took out my cookies and let them cool down before removing them.
