1- In a bowl, place the butter "paste" then add the sugar, whiten the mixture slightly then pour in and mix the 2 eggs.
2- Gradually add while stirring the flour THEN add the chocolate chips and chopped hazelnuts by mixing and let rest covered for 1 hour.
3- Preheat your oven to 180°(th 6) remove your baking sheet from the oven place your non-stick mat on it, then make small heaps (walnut-sized) well spaced, bake for 8 to 9 minutes when the edges have taken on color, then remove them and transfer them to a large plate and repeat the operation until you have used all the dough.
