Ingredients for 2 servings
- 2 double lamb chops
- 2 small zucchini
- 2 branches of cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 jar of ras-el-hanout
- Fresh thyme
- Garlic powder
- Salt, pepper
1- Place the lamb chops in a salad bowl.
2- Drizzle them with olive oil and add the onion cut into quarters, the garlic cloves cut in half, salt, pepper and sprinkle with ras el hanout and fresh thyme.
3- Let everything marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator
4- Meanwhile, wash and cut the zucchini lengthwise to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and garlic powder.
5- Wash the cherry tomatoes.
6- Cook everything on the griddle at the same time while monitoring the cooking.
7- Remove as soon as the cooking suits you.
