  • 1 litre of whole milk
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 100 g of caster sugar
  • 80 g of Grenoble walnut kernels crushed (coarsely chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons of cornstarch
  • 4 eggs (4 yolks and 4 whites)
