Ingredients for 4 servings

Cauchoises crêpes for 4 peoplecrêpe batter:
  • 250 g of flour
  • 1/2 of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of grape seed oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
filling:
  • 2 granny smith or boskoop apples
  • 1 thick slice of white ham (approximately 1.5 cm)
  • 100 gr of grated gruyère
  • 20 cl of fresh raw cream if possible
  • 1 lemon
  • if you have long ramekins for one person otherwise a baking dish.
