  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese
OR
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup mascarpone style cheese
Filling Preparation:
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 250 g mushrooms finely chopped
  • 1 to 2 tomatoes seeded, peeled and diced
  • 125 g ham or bacon cubed
  • 1/2 tsp marjoram
  • Pinch of cayenne
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese
