Ingredients for 8 servings

Knoedel for 6 to 8 people:
  • 800 g of floury potatoes, peeled
  • 120 g of flour mixed with 50 g of cornstarch or potato starch
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 3 large onions, sliced (finely chopped) and sautéed in peanut oil, then drained on absorbent paper
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped flat parsley
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
