Ingredients for 8 servings
Knoedel for 6 to 8 people:
- 800 g of floury potatoes, peeled
- 120 g of flour mixed with 50 g of cornstarch or potato starch
- 2 whole eggs
- 3 large onions, sliced (finely chopped) and sautéed in peanut oil, then drained on absorbent paper
- 2 tablespoons of chopped flat parsley
- salt and freshly ground pepper
