  • Braised pork chops with sauerkraut for 4 people:
  • 4 beautiful pork chops of approximately 200 g each
  • 700 g cooked sauerkraut
  • 80 g blanched lardons
  • 1 peeled onion thinly sliced into rings
  • 1 slightly acidic apple (granny smith)
  • 30 cl blonde beer
  • butter and oil or a knob of lard
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
